"Our experience has been awful"
Our experience has been awful. Every step of the way they delayed the process. When our home went under contract we didn’t hear from them for weeks! our buyer backed out and now we want to put it back on the market and homelister has us trapped by not responding to our emails. We cannot get our home back on the market as long as they keep it as “pending” on the MLS and they will not communicate with us about taking it down! Legally this should be done within 24 hours! We are beyond frustrated !

Hello Lyric, During your listing process, our team reached out numerous times to you to collect information or correct information required to list your home. You signed your initial agreement on 6/11, and our standard process is to make listings live in 2 business days if we have all required information. Despite the back and forth, we still made your listing live on 6/14, which is exactly 2 business days from when you first signed. Regarding your cancellation and MLS status: your listing was removed from the MLS on 7/28/22, which is the same day that we received the correct termination paperwork from your escrow company, well within the 24 hour required timeframe. Between 7/25 (when you first requested to cancel) and 7/28 (when we received the correct termination paperwork), we made many attempts to get in contact and to request the required paperwork. You can even see today that your home is listed as "not for sale" on public sites like Zillow, which directly conflicts with your review claiming that you cannot get your home back on the market. I went with the basic plan as I had already had professional photos taken. Process was quick, easy, and very professional. When my property went live on MLS it was an instant game changer. Home closed in less than 30 days after signing with Homelister.

"Do you want to spend a few hours and save yourself thousands of $$$$$?"
I sold my 10th property in Maryland with Homelister 2 weeks ago, and I saved close to $20K worth of commission!!! Please don't fall for the usual talk you get from realtors about their "experience", as a seller agent, they literally do anything special to deserve thousands of dollars or 2.5% of your listing price!!! I literally spent maybe 2-3 hours to list my home on Homelister! and I paid myself $20K on the closing day! Using an agent selling your house is so 2000!!! welcome to 2022 using Homelister!!!!

"Great service"
I was a bit wary at first, but Homelister helped sell my property quickly (under contract within 8 days)! I saved about $15k by avoiding the seller’s realtor fee. (I did offer to pay a 2.5% buyer’s realtor fee and that indeed was where the best offer came from.) As a seller you just need to be attentive to the guidelines provided by Homelister, and be capable of showing your property professionally. The savings were definitely worth the effort. I recommend Homelister to anyone who is willing and able to represent their property in exchange for serious $ savings.

"What HomeLister advertises is TRUE!"
We used Homelister to sell our house in Southern California in early 2022, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Everything we read on their website was TRUE! We saved A LOT by following their instructions (e.g., staging, etc.) and we accepted an offer above our asking price three days after listing. Our assigned agent, Tami, was responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. The team who handled our paperwork and forms were attentive to details and helpful when we had questions. We felt supported and guided through the listing and selling process. Strongly recommend HomeLister!

"HomeLister is the future of real estate"
HomeLister is the new model for real estate sales. The internet has fundamentally changed many industries. You book you hotel, car and airfare on one web site when you use to have to call each one. We can buy and sell stocks on our phones in seconds and it costs nothing. The Real Estate market is in the infancy of it's internet revolution and I believe HomeLister has the best model for the future. I have sold several homes without a real estate agent in the past. It was done via word of mouth and it was time consuming. I used HomeLister to sell my own home recently. Having your home listed on the MLS is key and HomeLister can provide that service at a very low cost. Sold my home in a few days and saved a considerable amount of time and money.

"Sale of Home"
I'm very happy with the courteous and professional manner all the persons that assisted me in selling my home,they followed up on all paperwork needed to complete the sale,,Lines of communication were always open and someone answered the phone each time I reached out tho them,I will be using them again in a few months to sell my rental home.

"Easy to use"
Easy to use, opted for 599 plan upon sale. Saved 14000 dollars on real estate fees. You as a seller set the commission . Couldn’t be happier. Cutting out the middleman was a great idea by CEO.
