"Saved us thousands of $$$$"
Saved us thousands of $$$$, But it is a lot of work. They did a good job of guiding us and were very responsive in answering all of our questions. They could have been a little clear in answering some real state questions realtor related questions

"What a GREAT experience"
What a GREAT experience. We were assigned one go to person, KaRon, who was AWESOME!! She would answer the phone, call you back when she said she would, and would research questions to get the correct answers. The photographer that came to do the pictures did a job that was WAY beyond our expectations. They turned out great. Would we use Homelister again? ABSOLUTELY!!! Thanks!

"Homelister saved us almost 4% in realtor fees"
By using Home Lister we saved $5600 in realtor fees and we negotiated the contract ourselves. We tried to sell it on FB and word of mouth with interest but no contract for 2 weeks, but by listing it on HAR through HomeLister, we got 3 contracts in 3 days, all higher than our asking price, which was also higher than anything had sold for in the community. I would highly recommend Homelister to anyone willing to do a little of the work themselves that has the ability to negotiate without letting emotions get involved.
