"Custom Order Perfection!"
I had a custom order for some whiskey glasses that could not have been more perfect. The fast, friendly, and accurate customer service provided from Laura was top notch! The glasses were etched and shipped quickly and arrived in perfect shape - they are gorgeous. This is my second time ordering from Crystal Imagery and wouldn't hesitate to do so again or recommend them. Thanks Laura!

"AWEEEEEEEEEESOME!!!!!!!"
I sent Crystal Imagery a photo of a US Army logo and asked if they could etch it on one of their advertised glassware. They were a tremendous help in their response and even sent an email of what it would look like. I just now received the shipment and all I can say is WOW, extremely pleased!!!! Will be placing more orders for gifts, etc. This place rocks folks!!!

"Impressive!"
The was the most painless online shopping experience I've ever had PLUS this was a custom item (bourbon glasses with company logo). I submitted the order with my logo, they sent me a proof in email to approve, I approved, the glasses were cut that day and arrived at my house a few days later. and they looked awesome

"Excellent product & outstanding customer service!"
I was very happy with the service and communication of all parties at Crystal Imagery. I ordered 12 personalized Glencarin whiskey glasses for my Dad’s 80th birthday. The logo I sent in was a perfect match to the sample that was provided on the glass. The final product arrived undamaged and perfectly packaged. I can’t say enough good things about the people at Crystal Imagery and their product. Thank you, fir doing such a beautiful job & capturing my family’s ranch logo to perfection!! 🙏🙏🙏

"Outstanding company and products."
Outstanding products and customer service. My custom bourbon glasses came out better than I could have hoped for. Can’t wait to give them to my wife for her big work promotion. I really appreciated that the company sends you a proof before completing your order. I was able to see what I was getting. Glasses came well packed to prevent damage. I would 100% order from Crystal Imagery again.

"Special items for a special time"
I did a small order for a special occasion and got the glasses in about 2 weeks. I have been working with Crystal Imagery on another larger project for a major celebration. That won't be for over a month, but I am sure I will get the same great service I got on my smaller order. I did request a sample glass before hand and it was favored by all over other etched glassware providers. I will follow up later when the large order is placed and received in 6 weeks.

"I can hardly express how HAPPY I am…"
I can hardly express how HAPPY I am with your product. You have no idea how many companies stated that they could not get a logo of that size, depth and placement on the oddly shaped Glencairn. Not only did you get it right, it was beautiful. Many compliments have been given. Such a FAST turn around also. I mean you are the whole package. Great product, great support, packed well with no breakage. I will be a repeat customer. you can count on it.

"Easy Ordering, fantastic product."
Very easy to place order. I was provided a image very quickly. Ask if the image could be reversed, less than a couple hours got the new image example. Perfect!. The staff was fast and courteous! Product arrived in 3 to 4 days and looks exactly like I wanted. !00% pleased. I highly recommend this company.
