Very easy to place order. I was provided a image very quickly. Ask if the image could be reversed, less than a couple hours got the new image example. Perfect!.

"Best Custom Glass Etching Quality Available"
I looked at several companies before deciding on Crystal Imagery. Their ability to sand etch the very thin Glencairn glasses without compromising their strength was a plus. In addition, they produced exactly the design I intended including the height adjustments to accurately denote the 2 oz pour fill line. And the feel of sand carved sand etching. What more can I say ... Perfect! Thank You & Bravo Crystal Imagery!
