Thank you for sending the cleaner. She did all her work within the stipulated time. She finished all the assigned work with ease and perfection. All my rooms are sparking with her professional touch.

"Top Marks, A+"
Top marks to this company. When you work with Crystal Imagery Inc., you work with real professional. Their website was completely user friendly, and their product selection covers just about everything (The only thing missing were the oversize novelty goblets). They were able to make the image I sent looked very distant and detailed on the the glass, and upon inspection of the order of x130, the boxes that were randomly spot checked looked flawless. Shout out to Julie Noel who not only was quickly responsive during every step of the way, but made a last minute addition happy almost over night. I can't say enough nice things. When working with them, its one less thing you have to micro-manage, and know the job will be done right.

"Great quality!"
Great quality glassware, very nice engraving quality and packaged super safely. Quick process, good and direct communication, very easy to understand mock-up for approval. Whole thing done in about 1 week.

"This is the second time I’ve used…"
This is the second time I’ve used Crystal imagery for glassware. In both instances their service was top notch. Both orders required special engraving or questions. In this last order they were able to replicate my logo perfectly. They are very responsive and Quick to reply. Very pleased with their service.

"Amazing quality!!!"
I was absolutely blown away by the two beer glasses I bought from Crystal Imagery!! The quality is great and the shipping was unbelievably fast (arrived next day after design approval!!). The engraving even picked up on some pretty small details in the image I sent. Ordered these as a 30th birthday gift for my brother with his old band logo on them. I can't wait to get his reaction! Would absolutely recommend!!

"Great experience."
Truly, better than expected. The experience started off with a quick email about a custom logo flute. After supplying them, Laura, with a high enough resolution picture they created a logo proof which was sent to me. I loved the proof and was told it would look the same. Well, I received the custom glasses, I ordered crystal, within a week from order and they are OUTSTANDING! If you are on the fence about ordering something, don’t be. They are great from start to finish. This was my second order from this company.

"It's a great product"
It's a great product. I'm not too tech savvy and I was looking for something a little different but had no gif so I just took what was available. I then wanted the same thing available on all three types of glasses and nearly got it, but not quite. There probably was a way to do it, but I didn't see it at the time. I guess that's why I like talking to a person in a store. But, the people I bought it for, love it, and that's what is important, and it is my second order, so I approve.

"There are a lot of imperfections"
The engraving in my order was done nicely, although was a bit small on the pint glasses. The issue is the quality of the glassware. There are a lot of imperfections which is unfortunate. Not sure why they don’t use a better quality glass as a canvas for their artwork.

Hello Euna- Thank you for your candid review. We strive to offer a wide variety of price points on our website, ranging from standard restaurant quality glasses to European crystal brands and even Waterford. It seems you purchased the pint glass, which unfortunately is only available in a standard quality. Couple that with the global glass shortage...we are unfortunately bound by a lack of pint glasses. The pandemic has shut down most manufacturers permanently and those few who remain open, are having difficulty meeting demand of the barware industry and restaurant industry. We are finding minor manufacturing flaws in many of the glasses even when we are able to source a few here and there. Other glassware styles such as the rocks glass and wine glasses are available on our site in a finer crystal offering for only a couple of dollars more. The pint glass, unfortunately is too basic for the European manufacturers to wish to produce and offer a finer quality. I will reach out to you directly as well. Hoping we can win back your business.
