"Crowley first Franklin is the way to go"
Crowley 1st Franklin really are some great people! I was struggling and they gave me a chance! They are people that care about you! They will sit and listen, laugh, lend a shoulder to cry on! I went to talk to somebody in the Eunice office! Very rude! The Eunice office was closer for me at the time! Let me tell you it’s worth the drive! I’ll recommend anybody to check out the CROWLEY office! Really good folks!

The ladies in the brewton Alabama office are exceptional, Patricia and Staci are very customer helpful and friendly, Patricia spent a good amount of her time helping me get all the paperwork I need together to apply for the loan, these ladies go above and beyond every time whether I'm getting a loan or making a payment, hats off to the brewton Alabama office , you Killin it ladies , thank you so much

"Real people really caring"
I had 2 choices when consolidating my bills. I thought about this, I prayed about it. Franklin Financial is a fine establishment. They are rock solid as a business, they are as capable as any other institution. ..however They are also very caring and the people here are not just putting on a dog and pony show. They really are here to help. I've recommended them to friends and family, I will continue to recommend these wonderful folks .

I give them a 5 star cuz I have been with them 4 yrs now n any time time I have needed a loan especially 4 emergency they have help. No problem. They have been their always friendly n helpful they know who we r as soon as we just open the door. I recommend them anytime.

All I can say is that I never once from the beginning of loan date their had never been a bad experience with Brunswick branch office the whole complete staff stay on professional basis and to top it off the office is always smelling like a beautiful home and all honesty I wouldn’t change a thing about the Brunswick branch.
