"I received a courtesy call for my…"
I received a courtesy call for my payment which was due. I had two of nephews in Wisconsin pass away in a six day period so I wasn't think that I did not have to pay until the 14th. The young lady called me was very polite and I gave her my debit card to make the payment. I never miss a payment and this helped me during our trying times for our family.

1st Franklin is the best Financial Institute for your loan purposes!! I’ve been using them for so many years that I cannot remember - well over 30 years. My father used them before he passed and my son used them; therefore, we have 3 generations that used them. Our Monroe Office Team are the best at what they do - Janet, Kim, Amanda & Jessica!!! These ladies get the job done for their customers. They will work your application to try to get you as close to what you need and with payments that are actually affordable. They look out for their clients so they can afford the loan and live day to day. It’s truly like a family at our location. If you are honest with them, they try to help you!

Well I got laid off and couldn't make my payments waiting on unemployment.When I called to explain my situation I immediately got threatened by the person who answered the phone.She said well you knew we got your vehicle on the loan for collateral.I didn't go back and forth with her.I just tried to make the payments.I pay insurance in case I lose my job but can't use it,wow.

"Debt to ratio"
It seems it doesn't matter how long you have been with them and how many payments you make on time they are difficult to get new loans with. They take into consideration expenses your spouse has but then they do not use their income unless they are listed on the loan. I feel they should not consider a car payment in your spouses name for debt to ratio if they are considering the income of your spouse.
