"A Wonderful and Memorable Experience"
My husband was looking to take out a loan on his SUV , and I told him about 1st Franklin , because I had a loan there once , and I had a really good experience with them . So he went inside and asked if he could take out a loan on his SUV , and they said yes and from the moment we entered inside the building we were greeted with such warmth and beautiful smiles from the three staff members that was there and , one of the staff members who helped us is Christy Pullin . She is such an amazing and sweet person we really enjoyed talking to her . The experience was so awesome that after all the paper work was signed we just sat there talking about first one thing and another as if we had known each other for years . I truly love and appreciate her and the two other wonderful and kind staff members that was there. If anyone is looking to get a loan you should try the Branch in Covington Georgia on Hwy 278 , they will make you feel right at home . 🏡

"I needed a loan and interest"
I needed a loan and interest. I did not beef an additional $900+ in "benefits" for you to charge additional interest on. Luckily the office manager was able to remove all of your scams and I ended up with a loan and interest. Also your interest rates are way too high. Higher than a credit card. I only used it because I was in a bind. As soon as the loan is paid off, I don't plan on using you again

"Lies"
Hit a rough patch. Needed just a little extra for Christmas, went and applied and they said everything looked good I just needed check stubs. Brought them in the next morning, took a couple hours off work to do so and they said I could not get the loan due to late payments on my vehicle. My vehicle was paid for but their records showed otherwise and would not except title or anything and said they couldn’t do anything. Terrible.

"The customer service in store was…"
The customer service in store was fantastic. The only reason I’m not doing 5 stars is because when I made my payment it took 3-4 days to come out of my bank account. It really messed up my finances for that paycheck

They do everything right. Got me the help I needed when I needed it. Would have a 5 star, but nobody is perfect. They are close.
