For anyone who is in the market for buying a home in this crazy market, Homeward is your team to use. They were able to get me approved through their process in approx 3 business days. They worked hard to get me into a position to be looking for homes as soon as possible. The all cash purchase of the home went without delays, they were in constant communication between transactions and were ready on their end to complete the transition when funds came in. I can't say enough great things about the whole team. Great communication, great teamwork and great outcomes!
