"Ned Smith lept into action"
Ned Smith made a terrible situation bearable. United canceled my flight at 1:00 am with limited notice and rebooked me for the next day Well, that didn't work for me, and I was changed to TAP. Unfortunately, the TAP app was not showing my new reservations. I called the toll free number and Ned lept into action. He was so calm and reassuring. He sent me the correct link, and his actions assured me. Thank you, Ned!
