Update 16.19 - I had a call from the company and was dealt with very professionally . I have been offered a full refund and p&p will be covered. Overall good service after my initial issues raised. Very disappointed with a purchase of 2 dog sofa mats. Quite expensive but quality was not particularly good and didn’t not fit well over our sofa. Not happy at all and to top it off p&p not included and to return it costs me again!
