"great service"

great service. just need to fix the automated email service. never received an email updating the status of my order. waited one whole week for a response and nothing. but when I called I spoke to a sales rep/service rep "Joe" and he assisted me. told me that they emailed me that my order was actually back ordered and then as soon as he checked again they actually just restocked. not sure if it was a lie or not about the email but i still received the package before the date that I needed them. wish i received them earlier to test them out but still ended up getting the assistance that i needed. so thanks to joe he helped save my cousins wedding and i can actually recommend a good product to people who need bottle sparklers.
