"I had a great experience with Homeward…"

I had a great experience with Homeward and Homeward Title, when buying a new house as a cash buyer and being able to move before the old house was sold. I feel their services were reasonably priced for what they provided; they communicated well throughout the process. I did not however choose Homeward finance and lost a .5% fee reduction since they did not seem to communicate much at first and then were trying to lock my rate and the numbers weren't close, still had a 13K funding fee & other amounts that didn't seem right on the prelim CD while trying to lock my rate. This would be a 5-star rating If the Finance company would have done a better job, but I went with a different finance company.
