"To maybe send out more emails on what is happening with the items."

Just would of been nice to maybe of got an email to state; *That the blanket was now being embroidered *When it was finished being embroidered. *And when it was going to be sent. All I got was the order and sent email. I paid for this and not knowing if the blanket was going to be here in time I had went and bought and ordered embroidery a new one. But not online, physically. Both arrived the same day as that was the email I received to say it was here 🤔
