FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!! I had made an order, opened my gate, and the NookMart Associate was on their way to my island when the connection was interrupted. I panicked because the transaction went through on my bank app, so I reached out to NookMart via email, and I was responded to immediately. Gave them my new Dodo Code and Ellis came to my island within seconds, with my purchase in tow! I had to wait maybe 10 seconds and he was on his way, and had sent me an email with updates.
