Simran Jaswal was very helpful to get my itinerary adjusted when one of the flights time was changed by the airline which would have resulted in not having enough time to make my next connecting flight for I and my family for our trip in December . Simran came up with a great alternate option which gives us enough time between flights . She sent me the revised itinerary so I could look at it in detail and only after getting my confirmation she worked diligently with the airline to get us the revised confirmed routing . Very impressed with the professionalism of Simran and a few other service representatives at FlyDealfare that I have interacted with in the last few weeks.
