"Very much unhappy with the experience"

Very much unhappy with the experience. Ordered a blanket weeks ago, they said it would be here in 2 weeks.. today has been exactly 14 days, not only is it not arrived but they haven't even sent it out yet nor given a tracking number nor when it will arrive..Basically lied and said its because December is a busy month . Its a busy month every year, you had 11 months to prepare. If you want something thats going to be quick and easy, work of warning , don't order from here
