"It's all good!"
Everything about these guys is great. From the first salesperson to the last man we saw on the install crew was very professional and friendly. They did a very nice job on our window install job. We are so happy with this company we are going to have all new sliders added to the back side of our home. This is not gonna be a cheap date so we were going to wait a while before doing this but they made us an attractive offer the day of our window install we chose to do it right away.

"Impressed"
Our house was so quiet after the installation of our new windows we woke up later than normal the next morning and it was a windier than normal that morning. We were also impressed by how much more evenly the heat in our house was now distributed.

"Four stars"
I gave a four star review because Initially there were some issues with them. However, once those issues were fixed it was smooth sailing. The installation crew was great. They installed a total of 10 windows. They were respectful while in your home and the clean up was immaculate . The follow up after installation was good . The inspector from the county said it was one of the best installations he’s seen in a while.

"Power Window Installation."
Overall we had a good experience with Power with our window install. They are professional and timely. They offer very good windows. They offer a lifetime warranty on the windows and include the screens as well as the seals. My only complaint is that the "Inspector" who does the final walk through and makes sure everything is satisfactory tried to sell me on another project which was not what he had communicated that he was coming to do.

"Poor Customer Service But Great Install"
The installer, the quality of the door, and the quality inspector (Mitch) were great. I informed Mitch of the issues that I had leading up to the install. The salesman told me incorrectly information of services that can be done. The guy who came out to measure the door opening had no way to clean up his mess so I had to provide a broom and dust pan. Lastly I didn't hear anything from Power for almost 3 months after my initial install date was cancelled.

Iam more than satisfied with the work accomplished so far. Your employees are to be commended on their work ethics and their patience with my questions. I'm looking forward to having the work completed as of NOV. 10.

"Great experience"
This was my second time using Power and as I said about the first job was all was made so easy and everybody was fantastic from the beginning to the conclusion of both jobs. I would strongly recommend Power to anybody looking for replacing their windows. The gentleman who installed my windows on October 5 was simply amazing and the work he did made it look so easy doing his job, and I felt he went out of his way to make it all so easy for me.
