"I'd give 5 stars to installers they…"
I'd give 5 stars to installers they worked so good together. But the office was not in sinc. I got a text telling me the installers would be there between 7:30 and 9:30. I learned that was a generic message. I waited all morning for them. They were scheduled for 1. The "quality inspector " was only there to sell more product. I would have used Power for future projects but after his underhanded selling tactics I won't.

The staff was extremely confident in what they were selling and why I needed it, which I did. They were so kind and helpful and patient, making a decision to go into business with them a smart investment with for me. Everything was done in a timely manner and the contractors were so friendly. I have no regrets and my home looks so much better than it ever has!

"Peace of mind!"
I was very happy with the service! The windows look like they have always been there. But way better! The men were polite and professional. When they were finished the job they vacuumed and cleaned up inside and outside and took the old windows with them. I love their guarantee….as it even transfers to the next owner should I ever leave this home!

"Poor quality windows, bad service"
Poor quality windows installed. Every window installed had defects or quality issues. Almost 2 months, first project manager came and took pictures then did nothing. Second one came took pictures and notes 3 weeks ago and I haven’t heard back.

"Solar Installation"
We had solar installed on our home in Arizona. The staff was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions with patience and kept us informed through the process of obtaining permits, installation and inspections. Had good experience with all involved - DJ who knocked on our door, Christ Waters the salesman, Matt Flood the project coordinator and Immanuel the installer. The site was neat and clean after installation. Warranties are excellent. Would highly recommend this company.

"Great job!"
Power did a great job. The sales representatives and coordinators were professional and attentive to our every need. Their crews were also professional and always on time and very courteous. The siding project was completed on time and looks beautiful. We have already recommended them to our friends.

"Everyone has been very professional"
Everyone has been very professional. From sales, to installation . I was shocked when I got my 6 double hung windows put it by a single installer. Wojciech was amazingly strong and proficient and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

"Overall a good experience with Powersales to installer to manager"
From sales to installer to manager, all were courteous and professional,eager to answer my questions. The quality of the product is top notch. Easy to open clean and close. The only problem I encountered was in the removal of a motorized shade. Yes, together we removed it but no, he did help me (a 76 yr. old woman) replace it.

The whole process with simple easy and quick and affordable they were very thorough and make sure you understand before you sign and was persistent to make sure this is what you really want it before moving forward

"Would use them again!"
This is the second time we have used Power and if in the future we need anything else we will be contacting Power again, the only reason we didn't give 5 stars is a small brakedown in communication that caused 2 separate rescheduling errors.
