Our Pacaso home ownership experience has been nothing short of amazing!!! The home is awesome, appointed great and in a fantastic location bay front and 2 blocks from the ocean. We look forward to making memories there for a long time

"Exceeded our expectations, could not be happier"
We just finished our first stay at our beach home. It was amazing and exceeded our expectations. You walk into this gorgeous, designer decorated home, fully equipped with quality items (kitchen ware, towels, bikes, etc.), and you haven’t had to do a thing to get it ready. You just get to walk in and enjoy. It’s a home we never could have afforded on our own, truthfully my dream vacation home. It was spotless, and probably one of the nicest beach vacations I’ve ever had (usually I’m disappointed in our beach home rentals in some way), and I’ve been taking beach vacations since a child. The concept is such a brilliant one for people who are not able to escape to a destination frequently, if you work full time at an office, have kids in school with weekend sports, etc. Jeremy, our house manager, has been so attentive, welcoming and warm. He’s done a great job getting the home in order and being accessible. Right now I cannot think of one downside, other than I hope the company continues to have success. Pacaso delivered on all its promises at this point, clean home, beautifully decorated, equipped with high end items, and none of it we had to be bothered or hassled with to get ready. We are beyond thrilled! Highly recommend this model for anyone in a similar position. You will not be disappointed.

It was a very painless situation lol. The pacaso team worked well together in all phases of the buying process as the transition moved very fast but all questions were covered along the way! Highly recommend as a second home opportunity that’s affordable for amazing properties !

"Malibu Dream Home"
My wife and I had many questions while we were considering a Pacaso second home investment: financing, scheduling, LLC particulars and community acceptance. The staff were very very friendly, responsive and forthcoming in fielding all of our questions/concerns. We were intrigued by the home ownership model and ultimately decided to make an investment in a Malibu beach home. So glad we did! The property is even more beautiful in person: tastefully decorated and well appointed in terms of in-home amenities. We are very happy with our purchase, and we may consider an additional Pacaso investment in the future.

"Overpromised and underdelivered"
There was a lot of overpromise when they were selling us and a very poor delivery. Thing promissed from occupation dates canceled twice and still not ready without a final date, we were promised also to be part of decoration and furnished, didnt happen either, were trying to install bigger bins for storage, didnt happen either and so on….

"Excellent sales process, straightforward answers"
Outstanding patience with questions & straightforward answers through the sales process. We looked at a number of homes over 6+ months before moving forward. Very impressed with the members of the sales team that we worked with. The legal structure is complex, but I think it makes sense for the shared ownership model they are creating. I had it reviewed by outside counsel who concluded that their documents were well thought out & drafted. We haven't stayed at the house yet, but our initial interactions with the property manager have been great as well.

"Everything was great - gorgeous home"
Everything was great for our recent stay on Red Cardinal. The home is gorgeous and very well equipped. Jeremy was very helpful in showing us around the home on Red Cardinal as well as our future home on South Sea Pines. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Jeremy and we are very excited about our home on South Sea Pines.

"Exceeded expectations!"
Great experience. This was my very first stay and I am very impressed with cleanliness of home and attention to detail. There are certain items we are waiting on (like a bed in lower room and window treatments) but if it is this good now I can’t wait when house has all the amenities. The furniture and decor is excellent quality and taste. Ramon the home manager was very attentive as well as Terry who sold me the home. Great team all around and beautiful home, location and overall experience.
