"Recent Purchase Experience"
We completed the purchase of a 1/8 share in a Pacaso home in early April 2022. Excellent, smooth acquisition process overall. Geoff, our sales rep, was extremely responsive to our questions and information requests during the due diligence period. Everyone we have interacted with so far at Pacaso has been very professional and helpful. Our first stay is coming up in a few weeks!

"From the ridiculous to the sublime"
In just a matter of days, we went from sadness to happy. We had to cancel our vacation trip to Mexico -- but at the same time, my wife found a Pacaso link to our dream house: a stunningly beautiful house at the right size (3br/3ba), the right city and neighborhood (Palm Springs), and the right price (i.e., completely affordable). Next, in an easy-to-manage whirlwind of phone and zoom calls, user-friendly documents, signings, and funds transfers, we were second home owners. A gigantic thank you to every person on the Pacaso team that we talked to: everything was done with smiles and cheer. We can't recommend Pacaso enough. Truly a wonderful experience.

"Our new Napa home"
Our family was looking into a vacation property. We didn't need or want a 365 home. What we did want is a large really nice home in a location that allowed us to lure friends and family to gather. We didn't want the obligations associated with second homes either, such as management, upkeep, bills etc. Pacaso offered exactly that

"We had a great stay but various things…"
We had a great stay but various things were either under repair,backorder or in need of. Soap/shampoo in master fireplace jerry-rigged to operate need squeegee for showers window blinds not all working no microwave small table by master tub the house is awesome,view incredible just need to bring it up to Pacaso standard

"Every person we have communicated with…"
Every person we have communicated with has been extremely friendly and helpful. I’m in the real estate business and the financing / purchase process is like none other I’ve experienced… Professional and straight forward. We are looking forward to our house stays and are expecting the same terrific process and enjoyment.

"Fantastic Experience"
Really easy, streamlined process from start to finish. I bought the Pacaso share for my family but sell real estate for a living, and I wish our typical transactions were as easy as this. Looking forward to our first stay in Palm Springs!

"Loving my Pacaso!"
We purchased our share of our Pacaso home in Palm Springs in late spring this year. We’ve already had several weeks in our second home and have loved every minute of it. Our home has provided very comfortable and beautiful space to share with our family and friends. Our Pacaso home and the support behind it has exceeded our expectations.

"The delivery time is at least two…"
The delivery time is at least two months behind schedule. They also overpromise some changes that did not occur. I hope once I am able to use the house forget about this details.

"BOOKING ERROR"
There was a MIX UP ON PACASO'S PART WHEN BOOKING MY FIRST STAY. IT WAS HANDLED AFTER ME MAKING A BIG SCENE BUT WITHOUT MUCH APOLOGY OR COMMUNICATION. I FELT LIKE THERE WAS NO ONE WHO WAS REALLY IN CHARGE OF THEIR ERROR. Otherwise, everything and everyone was lovely.
