"The crew that came out was excellent"
The crew that came out was excellent. They did a professional job and fixed the problem we been having for years. Had several people to clean the gutters but only Ned Stevens crew fixed the problem. I will use them again.

"at first I was impressed"
At first I was impressed with the people and their service. I knew the gutters were in bad shape with leaves, pine cones, etc, and was concerned when I saw rainwater billowing over the gutters when we had a storm. For a while it was okay, but the same thing happened after a heavy storm earlier this week. So, I'm not so sure about what we bought for a year of service..

"I pay for a service for every three…"
I pay for a service for every three weeks that’s every 21 days you should be here to spray that’s what the contract says also I have an odd property so I requested to have the same guy come and spray the property and that guy did not come.. So now I probably have somebody coming to spray my property has no idea where to go and also to apply and $50 off

"Overall I was pleased with the roof…"
Overall I was pleased with the roof cleaning your staff did. The workmen were polite and seemed to know what they were doing. My only complaints are: they unscrewed my hose from the outdoor spigot but never screwed it back in, and also, I found a lot of debris along one side of my house, mixed in with the bushes there. These are minor complaints however, and I would recommend Ned Stevens for this type of job.

"Quick and reliable, many services, good prices"
Quick and reliable. Willing to match competitor pricing. Many services available in addition tog gutters. I have used their Mosquito/Tick treatment service too. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is the high pressure sales tactics. Each time they are at my house they find an "issue" and you have to call to ask, every time it's about something minor s and they pressure you to get that service to address it.

I noticed my neighbor's gutters being cleaned and I was impressed by the men's work and their job ethic - it was a scorching hot day and they had on waterproof suits. So I asked them for their card. I called soon after to set up a time for them to come out. They came a few days later, another hot day. If I hadn't seen their truck out front, I wouldn't have known they were here. They did a great job. I'm glad I signed up to have them come again in the fall.

"Quick phone response to online inquiry…"
Quick phone response to online inquiry of service, "next available appointment" turned out to be the following morning; crew of two showed up, very professional, did a good job, cleaned up the areas around the house. Will be using them again.

"Do not waste time & $"
Had several knocks on my door from people (business cards, insured, etc) looking for work. I needed gutters cleaned and price was agreed, however they never showed up. Looked on websites and came across “Ned Stevens”. I called, they explained, described, confirmed and accomplished the job. I do not know the names of the two individuals that showed up but they were amazing. The company has kept in touch with me after their service and will have my business going forward.

"Excellent Roof and Gutter Service"
I’ve been using Nedstevens for years. They continue to perform an excellent job on my roof and gutters. Recently, I had them perform a soft wash on my siding. And again, as expected their crew did an excellent job. Courteous and professional.
