Phone conversation was professional, appointment time was kept, quote was give on the spot, technicians were polite and worked efficiently. Whole process took just over one hour. Re-test kit was easy to use and directions were very easy to follow.

My gutter cleaning experience with Ned Stevens company was excellent. The workers did a thorough job cleaning and clearing accumulated residue from the springtime. "Our forever gutter cleaners"
Within 24 hrs of calling had the most thorough and professional cleaning by two of the most agile, pleasant fast young guys imaginable. Cleanup was so complete I would not have known they had been there if I hadn’t been home. Even paused in their work to listen to a gutter concern I had and fixed it!!

"Never again"
Lots of changes and delay with the schedule. Their service took too long. The worker was too rude and unprofessional. I couldn't stress enough how disappointed I was with them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I learned my lesson and that would be the last time that I owuld be getting their service. Never again.
