Alan Chang was THE best agent I've ever worked with. Super patient, friendly and welcoming, understanding, and was able to listen to my needs and find me the perfect home. Made my transition super easy and alleviated a lot of my stress in planning a relocation while still working full time.

Had another locator with another company helping me but never did a thing, as soon as I found Alan with Lighthouse, man o man I was excited. He started working right away WITH RESULTS. I cancelled the other locator and within a couple of hours Alan had a list of places and by the end of that first week I had made my decision and signed a lease. He made a big difference in my search or else I may still be out there driving around and searching for a place to live. Good Job Lighthouse. GREAT JOB ALAN!!!

The people here at lighthouse made me feel like family. When I wasn’t sure of my move out date they still kept in touch with me to make sure I was ok. They helped me even on the weekends. They were fast and answered all my questions. I’m sure I will use them again. Thank you guys so much. If anyone ever needs service like this I would recommend their service 100%. Thank you again.

Dealing with Lighthouse was a lovely experience. Debbie was awesome, she was very helpful through the entire process and any questions and concerns I had were answered promptly. I also received the compensation that I was promised as soon as my apartment was rented. If I could go out and rent something tomorrow I would do it again in order to help thank you for the great experience!!!!!

"Don’t Hesitate Find your new home today!!!"
I looked for a few months on my own for a new place without any luck, by the time I would see the post and contact the apartment complex the unit would already be gone. But then I found Lighthouse!!! And my amazing new sweet friend Ansley!!! She worked so hard for me!!! And after only a few weeks with her help I found my new HOME!!! Not to mention I got cash back after I signed my lease and got moved in!!! Don't hesitate, signup and get some help finding your new home and get you some cash back!!! Lord knows we ALL could use some extra cash back right now, especially when you just moved into a new place!!!

"Yes! Best Service I Never Knew Existed"
More. Than. An app. They assign a rep, and HER SUPERHEROIC EFFORTS made an already 5-star apt search system into a full-blown service. 10/10 recommending to you now. Vital for finding an apartment. *With Lighthouse, I found a ton of good places -- and the friendly person they assigned also called dozens of apartment offices, asked all the questions and whittling our list of 30-something to 10 good options and 3 amazing ones. Especially in the changing rental market, Lighthouse is the missing piece in the complex apartment finding market.

Sydney is extremely helpful ! I was able to get Into something really nice within a week of working with her ! This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had ! I would definitely recommend ! P.s. cash back is real & was fast been in my new place for 11 days today & received my cash back about 4 days ago
