"The BEST Hands Down!"
If I Could Give 20-Stars & A Spa Certificate, I Would. Debbie At Lighthouse Was Nothing Short Of Amazing. So Patient, So Kind & Empathetic During My Tedious Search! I Was So Stressed Doing This Myself. Debbie Reassured Me That I’d Be Fine. I Expressed That I Wanted Something Near Great Schools, Something Safe & Something Closer To My Husbands Job, Debbie Definitely Overly Exceeded My Expectations. I Honestly Can’t Thank You Enough For All Of Your Help. Our New Home Is AMAZING & It’s Because Of The Lighthouse!! Thank You & Have A Happy Mother’s Day Weekend.

"Working with my apt locator was…"
Working with my apt locator was amazing. They were very patient and understanding. They followed up and checked all properties I showed interest in. I would definitely use them again and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

"Locator didn't even try!"
Signed up not really for the cash back but just to get help finding a place. Got paired with Debbie who took notes and then delivered me matches that were nothing like the notes and then shared with me the notes from our text chat in the same text chats and failed to understand where she missed. This maybe a great service. But from my experience it is best to look somewhere else. Then I got contacted by the CEO who promised better service delivered the same type results. To me it seems instead of saying we don't have what you are looking they just say let's try again and then they just tweak the search results of properties they have deals with to hope you just get tired choose one.

Helpful in every step of the process, in every way imaginable! Available, reliable, prompt in communication and service. Although I was in touch with 2 other locator services, Lighthouse was the only one that was consistent in communication/service. This is my first time using a locator service and I have to say it made the process from moving across country so much easier! Special shout-out to Sydney for helping me :) 10/10 recommend Lighthouse to anyone and the cash back benefit is the cherry on top!

"Lighthouse Got Me $100 Back"
Lighthouse was extremely helpful in finding somewhere to live. My agent sent me properties that weren’t even listed on the rental sites, not to mention outside of their usual search radius! My agent was very nice, texted me Back reasonably fast, and even got me $100 back after I signed my lease. I’m currently in the process of recommending them to my friend who is looking for her first apartment.

"Moving without the Stress"
Moving is always stressful. However, moving on a tight schedule in the middle of a pandemic can be even worse. I had just about given up when I found Lighthouse. I filled out a quick form and heard back from Alan the next day. Within a matter of days, he found us a great apartment that met all of our needs. He took the stress out of our move and for that we are so thankful. We recommend Lighthouse to everyone now!!! You owe it to yourself to give them a try. I promise you won't regret it.

I was tired searching for apartments in Dallas as foreign national. Sydney was god sent and helped me with a list of apartments exactly as per my requirements. Moreover, she was available to help me beyond her work hours. I live in an amazing apartment and wouldn’t be without her.

"Definitely recommend Lighthouse"
Had an overall great experience with Lighthouse's services. I initially had a difficult time getting in contact with someone, but as soon as they replied their agents were incredibly responsive and answered all my questions. They were on top of the entire process and gave me reminders throughout the journey. I just received my bank transfer of $750 and can't thank Lighthouse enough! Definitely recommend
