"Homeward gave us an edge!"
We were pleased with our experience and would recommend. We had a rather complicated process wherein the property we wanted was an estate sale, and the documentation needed to close was extensive. We tried using a different title company as well but ended up coming back to do everything in house with Homeward. We had done our homework to get ready to buy a home on the front end, so closing was a breeze once the estate matter was settled. We had an edge over other buyers to make a cash offer and when we realized our budget needed a stretch for the home we wanted, homeward helped make it happen almost overnight.

"Very pleased with the buying process…"
Very pleased with the buying process with Homeward. Only issue I had was being contact by another homeward point-of-contact telling me I was behind on provide the paperwork multiple times even after I had confirmed with my customer service rep that I had provided all necessary info and informed the other employee she didn't need to be contacting me.

Every Homeward employee I had contact with was positive and professional. Having said that, It was challenging to identify the right person to talk with. I think it would be helpful to provide a list of employees working on the account, their role, and contact information.

"In a REALLY hot real estate market...."
I decided to go with Homeward at the suggestion of my realtor. I trust her judgement and was eager to purchase a home, and having a company make a cash offer on my behalf seemed ideal. There were a few hiccups, as the new company struggled with some "growing pains" initially but all issues were resolved thanks to constant communication and working together as a TEAM (myself, realtor, Homeward group).

"I was very grateful to have the…"
I was very grateful to have the opportunity to use Homeward in our home buying process. This seller's market is brutal! We found our new home, sold our old home and only paid rent for a month before we were able to buy back the new home. It went very smoothly and took out a lot of the anxiety brought on by this crazy housing market. I would highly recommend using them if you find yourself in a similar position.

"Great Experience"
