"Not very pleasant to deal with as a seller"
I am selling to Homeward, for them to sell to a final buyer, and the whole process has troublesome. Way to much hackling about price, change to final closing date a few days before schedule. Still wondering if the sale with finalize. I cannot recommend sellers to sell to Homeward.

I really wanted this 2nd home and I would not have gotten it if I did not use Homeward. Homeward team was very responsive and professional. Thanks to all the individuals involved, I was able to successfully obtained the house. The usual close days are 30 days, I was able to close 1 week earlier.

"Fees not fully disclosed until less…"
Fees not fully disclosed until less than 1 hour before closing. Because you have already moved in when you close- because of the program, you have no choice but signing. The actual fees were 80% higher than initial disclosure. Initial fees not disclosed upfront- so although very nice people- opaque process.

The homeward business was very thorough. Homeward approved me and made the offer quick. They were very instructive and showed my status of the loan through the homeward online page. That was nice to see my progress as the home buying process was being conducted. The homeward team kept me the loop with my agent and they’re processing teams. I never felt out of the loop. I appreciated their professionalism. I would use them again!

"Buying with Homeward"
It was a hassle free, seamless process buying a home with Homeward and it’s affiliated lender in Austin’s challenging realty market. Did not face any bidding wars as it was a convenient cash offer working with Homeward and the lender both of which had tight collaboration. Thanks to the helpful staff and loan officer and their online portal which provided easy access to all required documents and information.

"Great process from beginning to end"
Great process from beginning to end. The communication and knowledge of the team were top-notch, especially considering they are new to our market. (Oregon) I will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and may use them again in the future. Be aware, like any service you use, there are some bumps that might occur. The critical piece for me is how the team you are working with communicates those and handles them. Our support at Homeward was top-notch with quick responses to any questions and issues that we had.

"I enjoyed the process"
I enjoyed the process. I was looking for a solution to downsize my house but I did not want to sell my house before finding a new home. I was exploring several solutions to get that done without so much success until I heard about the service that Homeward was offering. It was just perfect for what I needed. The whole process went smoothly. The Homeward people with whom I interacted were all very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Overall I had a good experience.
