"I absolutely love Heights Finance"
I absolutely love Heights Finance! This was my second time applying for a loan and like always they do their best to help you out! Laura is amazing at the Waukegan, IL location. She is very polite, caring, and very honest! She will do her best to help you out. I would definitely recommend anyone to them who is in need of extra cash!

"Hung up on"
After receiving a notice that I was behind on my payment, I called my local branch to set up an automatic payment for the full past due amount for when I would be getting my paycheck. However, the woman that answered was immediately aggressive and rude as soon as she pulled up my account and noticed I was behind two payments. I tried to explain what happened and said when I could pay the full amount. Instead of being met with any sort of courtesy and professionalism, she proceeded to chastise and aggressively speak to me, and before I could even set up the automatic payment, she hung up on me. I have been a customer since 2018, with my first loan paid off in full early. The customer service I received today was truly disheartening.

I walked into the branch for a loan for unexpected expenses and in less than 24 hrs it was deposited into my bank. Extremely happy with the service and my interest rate was lower than the current loan I renewed.

Heights Finance was an easy going no hassle experience! Olga Sandoval explain everything so smoothly & so easily she made me feel comfortable & we got it done in no time. I wish I had known about heights finance sooner rather than later as CashNetUSA drove me completely insane & would not work with me when times were hard, I'm just glad Heights finance was there & I'm glad that Ms. Olga was there as well, made it so much easier when there's a bilingual person there.
