"Nice company, wrong mallet"
Seems like a wonderful company but the product we ordered wasn't good. It was just too soft for our bell and we could barely hear it more than 30 ft away. They responded quickly to our request for a return

"Can You Say Awesome?"
Firstly their site is well made and easy to navigate. Next they have audio of almost if not every gong they sell which is awesome so you can hear before you buy. Thirdly is fast shipping that is packed very well for the trip. Not sure when I might need another gong, but if and when I do I'll be getting it from Gongs Unlimited without question or hesitation.

Sound is absolutely beautiful. Could only buy one at this time but will definitely be adding to my collection in the future. Packed with extreme care and was delivered to my home as promised. Very happy I found this company. They kept in touch with me through the process.

"Great purchase experience"
Great purchase experience. When I emailed several times, I quickly received an answer and helpful information. The gong and friction mallets are awesome. My husband and I really enjoy the Atlantis gong we bought! Participants in my song bath love the gong as an addition! Thank you so much. I love shopping at GongsUnlimited.com. Great gear. Great service. Very helpful videos. My new TTE Konklang Percussion Mallet (KK-PM-230) is great. Provides very sharp, quick attack without a big crash. It's yet another tool to get different tones from my Atlantis gong.
