Hello Oda: We are sorry you had an unpleasant experience. I believe you called in a week thanks to it being Memorial Day, we were short -staffed. However, I did review all the calls from Thursday and Friday and I do not see any messages left. We will certainly respond asap to messages, and often when people leave a message, we send an email with lots of instructions as well. Maybe you did leave a message, but I do not see any. Messages are important for a small business that is juggling many things and cannot always answer the phone when it rings. Regarding the shipping notification, Fedex can have its issues these days, in the wake of Covid, where so many more people are purchasing online. Two-box shipments can get split up, especially in the West Coast and Hawaii region as they have so much more happening now and not enough support yet. You are not the first to have their two boxes arrive on separate days, nor will you be the last. Regarding the gong stand, usually people see the video on the page, but if they leave a message we send them the link. Thank you for your note about the gong stand, usually when people purchase this, they purchase as a combo for decor in their home or office, and its more clear what it is about, I see you purchased gong and stand separately and may not have known this. I will have my website person make sure it is more clear about that is not a good stand to take things on and off. Thank you for your notes.
