"Awesome Agent"
Ingrid was very kind and patient. She listened and assisted me with my concern. She transfered my call to the proper agent who also addressed my conern. I liked that she introduced her coworker as qualified to assist me. Way to go, Ingrid.

"Not Obligated to Respond"
Unlike VRBO, the Furnished Finder app or website lacks standardization. Property owners are not obligated to respond. There is no consistency in the rental application process. Anything goes. You literally are at the mercy of the property owners. I have yet to land a rental unit. This would be renting in Florida. I have sent at least 50+ inquiries thru their website. Response rate is less than 10%.

Evelin was very helpful and professional and answered all my questions as we went through the website. Additional, Evelin emailed me the Keycheck site and explained this process, along with the site for lease contracts. Evelin made this process extremely easy, and I'm very appreciative.

"Silvia R is an asset to Furnished Finders"
I have been trying to get in touch with Furnished Finders for a week now and was not successful. I tried via email and via your contact info on furnished finders. I did a bit more probing and found a number in google - I was fortunate to speak to Sylvia R. She was very professional and courteous. She was able to address my concerns and most of the issues I was dealing with. I say, most only because one of the issues was verification . However, she explained the process and said I would receive an email concerning that process. Thank you for having an employee like Silvia R who goes the extra mile!!!

"Silvia R was great"
Silvia R was great. She helped me understand why my listing was NOT going active. She explained there was an attempt to communicate with us but we had missed the calls. She even showed me where in the "Support" section I could both see the communication string and communicate with support. Silvia R was knowledgeable and professional.

All the customer service reps and especially Vanessa at Furnished Finder were patient, knowledgeable and professional guiding me through the process. Thank you. I'm glad FF has weekend hours. That's very helpful.

"My experience"
Silvia was pleasant and was able to fix my issue quickly! A side note I was not able to get into my account because my old email was not operating (retired from job, email shut down). So you might need to update your system for people in my position since it only could use old email to access account to change it… luckily I found a # and solved it after stressing about a week

"Trying to list my property"
Trying to list my property, and am so frustrated with their customer service! I’ve emailed a simple question multiple times and they won’t respond. I tried to call instead today, and was put on hold, saying I was the 20th caller. After I was told I was second in the queue, they sent me directly to voicemail after waiting for a half hour!

"Angelica is great."
Angelica was able to correct my listing. I had entered the wrong city (Rancho Cucamonga instead of Rancho Cordova) and didn’t notice until I was halfway through. After she made the correction I thought I was done. But Angelica went the extra mile and confirmed that the correct hospitals showed up in the listing. Thanks again for the support.
