"I have a question"
I have a question? I wrote a review on the agent that help me from furnished finder ( I wanted to add a virtual tour) seems the five stars are only help from the agents. I don’t see any bookings am I missing something here? Did I pay my money for nothing.

"Disappointing Results"
I was charged almost 300.00 to post 3 rooms in our home that we wanted to rent to traveling professionals. After almost a year, I have had zero success. I have reached out to numerous "leads" and have gotten sparse response. We live in a very desirable community with a large population of traveling nurses, so I am dumbfounded that we have been unable to attract even one. This platform is not what it advertises to be. There are definitely other platforms that do work, this is NOT one of them.

"Scheduled Phone Meeting"
I scheduled a Help Phone Call with Sylvia R. It was to help me finish my on-line profile and other requirements. She was totally knowledgeable with each form. She was also very patient. I was thankful for all her help. I am giving her as many stars as are available. Could not have completed the forms without her.

We have received exceptional help from Angelica S. We were discouraged and a bit concerned at not receiving any housing requests after private messaging each entry. Now that we know all is well with our listing, we will try and be more patient.

"Ask for Silvia R!"
Silvia R. clearly answered my questions & helped me understand how the Furnished Finder & Keycheck systems work, which is quite different from other landlord systems I have used. Emailing, texting & talking to a couple other agents didn't provide as much clarity as talking with Silvia R.

I'm a new customer to your business and I was extremely confused as to whether my listing was published and about the pictures blah blah blah... well Sylvia fixed it all! Helped me through, made sure it was postes and made sure everything was on its way to getting me a tenant! Kudos to Sylvia! extremely professional well spoken and very very friendly

"Positive experience getting quickly up and running..."
Website was fairly straight forward to navigate and set up, but I would say it took me about an hour to do so. I really appreciated the outreach from FF to have someone within to speak with me for questions and support. I had a call with Evelin today and she was really great and super helpful with quite a few recommendations and edits.
