"I did not receive my tag after 2 weeks…"
I did not receive my tag after 2 weeks and the gentleman on the phone, issued a replacement with no problems. He was very understanding and courteous.

"Durable, lightweight, cute"
I’ve purchased tags through Dog Tag Art for years for our dogs. I like to match them to their collars, otherwise I’d never have to change them because they last. I like that they’re lightweight and come in so many designs.

"Ordered a custom tag and one other tag…"
Ordered a custom tag and one other tag for my dog Delilah,,there was a problem where the post office "misplaced" my delivery. Customer service was courteous and prompt in replacing my lost deliver. When they arrived I was super pleased with the tags and the upgrade kit. The silencer glows and is very noticeable,the jump ring and clasp seem very sturdy. Overall it was a great experience.
