"Tag Quality"
Not extremely impressed of the tag that we got. Love the idea but the tag after a little bit of playing has already begun to wear off the name and numbers. Definitely not something that can be worn on an everyday basis. Better off going with an etched tag.

Thank you for your feedback! Our tags are guaranteed for the life of your pet to be legible. If your tag has already started wearing after a short time the most likely culprit is the tag being chewed by your pet. Most customers have a legible tag for many many years and their pets wear the tag on a daily basis, however dog teeth can destroy any tag pretty quickly whether the information is etched or not. If you pet's tag is starting to wear please contact us via our toll free number (855-364-8242) or via our contact form on the website and we are always happy to send a replacement free of charge.

"I don’t give out 5 stars often but…"
I don’t give out 5 stars often but these are seriously the best tags I have ever found! Engraved tags wear down-even the best ones on the market. These just don’t. I have had 5 Australian Shepherds wearing these tags day after day-with other tags on their collars. Other than having been chewed (they have tooth marks!) and tugged on, you can still read them! The color nor the writing is worn or faded. Amazing!

"This is the first truly readable dog…"
This is the first truly readable dog tag I've ever purchased--now, if my dog is lost, somebody can actually read my phone number without undue effort. I'm very happy about that. I also liked the short time from order to delivery and the art on the back. To me, though, the function of a dog tag is to facilitate the dog's return, in the unlikely event that we become separated. This tag does that better than any tag I've purchased in the last 40 years.
