It's important for customer to have a responsive and quick staff in the store mainly because it eases the process of acquiring what the customer wants, that's why once I applied to this company when I needed jewelry for my beloved wife. I believe that customer support always is in fron of the company, because when customers come in, they evaluate the relation of the staff to them, in order to assess the whole company. I'm really glad that I was lucky to choose jewelry which I wanted and everything due to the staff of this store.

I experienced some difficulty communicating with Brian Gavin by replying to the order confirmation email. However once I had correct details to use to contact them they have been prompt and helpful. The engagement ring I purchased looks great and their service has been excellent.

Jamie has helped me with an earth diamond engagement ring, and also a lab made set of earring studs. Both were amazing pieces that are of the best quality, and routinely get compliments from strangers and sales associates at jewelers. Brian and Lesley are some of the most amazing people I have ever been fortunate enough to encounter. I had known them for a few years before making my big purchase, and I’m glad I chose them to be part of that special moment. I admit I was a little hesitant to make such a significant purchase online, but after the experience, personal touch, and quality of product, I would have no reservation about making another purchase from Brian Gavin Diamonds (and likely will).
