Brian Gavin never fails to leave my absolutely in awe at the creations they are able to put together for me. The turnaround time and the workmanship on my custom Tennis Necklace has everyone asking where I get my jewelry from. My assistant recommended this place, and they have lovely jewelry pieces! I picked up a nice necklace for my wife for our anniversary, and she loves it! I can say it for sure since she wears it all the time! Now I have a good place in my arsenal when I need a good gift for my special lady!

"Fabulous Diamonds, Fabulous Service!"
I had such a great experience with Jamie, Lesley, and the Brian Gavin team! I ordered a bezel pendant with one of their Quadex stones, and the first rendition wasn't quite what I had in my head. They offered to remake it and even sent me CADs. I was blown away with both the customer service and the pendant! It's AMAZING and EXACTLY what I wanted! I love it! This wasn't my first order from BGD, and it certainly won't be the last. Their diamonds are terrific and so are the people. I cannot recommend them enough!

I was very impressed by the fabulous finish of the ring I bought. The sparkle in the diamond spoke for itself, it was brilliant. Customer service was very attentive and responsive. I was serviced by both Jamie and Emily, they were excellent. I look forward to doing more business with Brian Gavin. Black by Brian Gavin is truly worth it! Note to Canadians: I had no issue receiving the package. I paid the duty on FedEx website when I got a call. They charged only $10 in brokerage fees in addition to the HST/GST. I received the package next day.

"Good communication, great service and quality work"
My soon to be wife and I were very happy with the friendly and prompt service when we had to have her ring re-sized. It only took about 1 business day and communication was very good. They informed us when it was ready to be picked up at the local store in Houston and it was hassle free and work was of high quality.

"I love my rings"
I love my rings. They are beautiful and sparkle brilliantly. Brian gave my 12 year old grandson the royal treatment by giving him a hands on lesson in diamonds. The entire ride home, he couldn’t stop talking about all he had learned and what Brian had taught him. It was a unique hour that he spent with us.
