It was a great experience, just be mindful when you can't reach anyone, AVEN is on Pacific time. Customer service is very helpful and kind and makes this process no stress and hassle free. Please have your questions and concerns written down so everything will go smooth for you. The notaries are friendly and awesome when they call you.
