Have been renting through Ashton Revees for nearlly 3 years now. They are always quick and efficient with repairing maintenance issues, even through Covid, full PPE was worn. Having a supportive agent is a godsend for me and my family.

We would highly recommend using Serena as your agent, she has helped us with absolutely anything we have needed with our move, she let me view the property the day I started looking for a new place and within a week and a half she had us moved in. We had a problem with the gas box and Serena sorted it on her day off for us and made sure we was all set. We couldn’t be more grateful.

I have used other estate agents in the past and was frightened to sell again due to the that HOWEVER I received the best service and I am so pleased I went with Ashton Reeves. Staff are wonderful and I was always kept updated with viewings and feedback. I felt very comfortable and made the process so much easier. If I could give more stars I would have.

"A rare delight in a sector filled with sharks"
Having had some terrible experiences with Agents in the past, Aston Reeves managed to restore faith that there are still incredibly professional agents out there. Their prompt and informative replies to all questions sprinkled with charm and good humor made, what is usually a daunting experience, a real pleasure. Somehow they made my little one-bed lettings deal feel like a key account for them, breaking away from the industry norm that Tenants are a dime a dozen and it is only the Landlords that matter. Be sure to make Aston Reeves your first port of call if you are looking in the area.

I had a wonderful experience with Ashton Reeves.The communication throughout was superb.One of their staff called Shareen Vassell was always ready to help and she did a great job by giving me the right information and things to do and following my guarantor up to get things done on time.I will recommend this Ashton Reeves over and over to people.

You did very well though your client lost out. We since got a lardlrod who understood our problem, as CCJs could be applied to anybody through various ways, and does not mean one is now treated like a murderer. Anyway, we paid the landlord a full one year rent (£21, 250 ) upfront to trust us. thank you for your effort, and please whisper to the land lord to slightly improve that property. Regards
