"Excellent service"
There was a mix up when I originally tried to purchase my bag, and I anticipated having a headache trying to straighten things out. I've bought from some of the bigger consignment companies and have had a few trying times. One company has part of their customer service team in a foreign country-- different time zone, indifferent service reps, etc. No more shopping there! I called AFF, spoke with a friendly & competent person. She understood my credit card company had caused the problem, the first time I explained the situation...unlike the big name consignment shop. Everything was cleared up in under 5 minutes. I love the new bag and will shop here again!

My first purchase from AFF. It was a good experience. The shipping was quick and the condition of my Chanel was better than described! The bag looks authentic and it came with a dust bag and box as described. The price is pretty reasonable and there’s a pretty good selection. Will definitely be a returning customer!
