Bought an Hermès Kelly Dépêches 25. Unfortunately it had a scuff on it which was not listed on the description. We're human and mistakes happen. Emailed the team right away upon delivery and they jumped ship to make it better very quickly. I love that the team is small and they know you as a customer. Katie was amazing and ensured I was happy with the outcome. Fast shipping, order stages communication is spot on and quick/responsive to emails. Will definitely come back!

"Super good customer service"
Super good customer service. Very responsive. So much better than fashionphile.com. I used to be a very faithful client of fashionphile.com because of their variety and price for chanel. However, their customer service is very bad. Now I have stopped patronising them because don't find them so fantastic anymore. Deterioration in terms of service, packing, pricing and variety. The whole user experience sucks! I will patronise from annsfabulousfinds.com from now on. Please keep up the good work! And continue to do what you do. Is the people that make the difference. I certainly believe you have a good team...especially go to Katie, hannah and Mark. Thumbs up! 👍:))
