This has been my 4th time using Zicasso, and it has been the absolute best. They will work with until you are happy with your itinerary. For those looking to travel I suggest just trying it out once, and you will be hooked on Zicasso for all your travel needs.

"Zicasso once again arranged a fabulous trip"
As arranged through Zicasso our trip to Italy was excellently arranged an executed. Our desires were carefully considered and fully met. We turned to Zicasso several times before when traveling and have always been extremely satisfied. We recommend Zicasso to anyone looking for an exceptional travel experience.

"The BEST European Experience"
I have utilized Zicasso's services twice now when traveling to Europe. They have connected me with the best guides, drivers, and accommodations - I could not be more pleased. Totally worth the additional fee of booking through an agency because they take all of the stress off of the unknown when traveling.

Zicasso helped connect me to a local tour company for a private tour for a 10 day trip to Scotland. The guide we chose was excellent. Communicating with the company through the Zicasso site provided a level of comfort and security when choosing a small company internationally. Would definitely use again.

"This is the sixth trip we have taken…"
This is the sixth trip we have taken using a travel agency recommended by Zicasso. All of the agencies have been outstanding and we have had amazing trips. I would highly recommend using Zicasso and their recommendations to plan your next trip. We certainly will.

"My wife and I recently planned a trip…"
My wife and I recently planned a trip with Africa Safari Classics through Zicasso. We could not have asked for a better experience in Kenya and Tanzania. Maurice was responsive and engaged with us the whole trip to ensure all of our needs were met. The accommodations were excellent, the itinerary was well designed and they did an excellent job of fitting everything in our budget. It was a perfect trip!

"Bali/Indonesia trip"
Dharsana is one of the best tour specialists. He was also the easiest to work with and offered the best services. Foodservice *****, Travel and tour guide arrangements - ***** Hospitality - ***** Tour guide Chong was knowledgeable and always eager to help. Dharsana and the team bent backward to make our trip memorable. They even provided hotspots so we were connected throughout our Bali trip. Thank you Dharasana for making our trip fun and an incredible experience.

"Africa Vacation and Safari exceeds expectations"
Our Africa Safari finally happened in July 2022 after being postponed from July 2020. This was our 9th vacation planned through Zicasso and they continue to refer us to extraordinary vacation planners who have helped us organize custom vacations with fantastic guides and accommodations. This was no exception as we toured from Johannesburg to Victoria Falls to Safari's in Botswana to beautiful Cape Town. Our vacation planner stuck with us and helped us pivot when the trip was delayed for 2 years. All of our deposits were able to carry forward. When high river waters impacted our ability to do jeep safari's from a lodge, our planner reached out and we were able to shuffle the lodges a week before our departure. We really like the Zicasso system where we can talk to 2 or 3 highly rated travel consultants and pick the one that best suits our needs. We feel very comfortable knowing that they will meet Zicasso's (and our) high standards. Our Africa vacation exceeded our expectations and we are left with lots of good memories.

"Second time around"
This is the second time we have used Zicasso to find the perfect travel agent for the regions we planned to visit. After speaking to two agents, they each created a travel plan to our specifications. One of the two really listened and "got" us, the other not so much, so we really had a choice. In the end, we had a fabulous family trip to France and Italy, thanks to the travel agency we found through Zicasso. We will gladly try them again when we travel to a new area.
