"Second order"
Item took longer to arrive compared to the first time I ordered it. I assumed it would take the same time and ran out before it came in. The item was also more expensive.

"Our Golden Retriever ."
Our Golden Retriever suffered from a sensitive stomach for the first two years, and now that she has been put on a special Vet diet supplied by Vetpetni she has been transformed into a Happy Goldie, even her coat has now got a lovely shine to it. Vetpetni are so helpful and pleasant in all their dealings with us. We would like to thank them all for their help.

"I found the female vet not showing much…"
I found the female vet not showing much empathy to my unwell pet. I could see she wasn't really listening to any detail I gave her. This also became evident when she read back the details I gave, being mostly wrong. I was quite unclear even if the treatment had finished, she just left the room! She lacked in any eye contact, maybe just having a bad morning, but not good for your business. The older lady receptionist, I also found rude, and spoke to the younger girl receptionist/vet nurse rudely in front of me. It all looked very unprofessional and unnecessary on her part. The following day I received a message that the meds for my pet were ready to collect! There was no mention of this while I was there. I called you to find it was a mistake. Generally whole experience very poor.

"Overall good service. The ordering system online can be…"
The ordering system online can be a bit confusing re addresses initially, (vets address goes as the billing address not your home address). Straight forward when you have ordered a few times and get used to the way it is set up. Other than that it is an excellent service, delivery to the vet is quick and efficient. The food is working really well for a wee dog we thought we were going to lose. So many thanks for the service.
