I have recently sought help from trip beam for helping with my travel Itenary from UK . I want to explicitly call out my travel agent Charnpreet Kaur who has patiently explained all possible options and tried to close out my booking with least possible fare and that too with confirmed tickets in that busy season. She was also able to guide through my payment modes which also saved me from paying extra surcharge out of my pocket. Appreciate the knowledge with travel process helping all customers.

"Very helpfull and easy"
Charnpreet was my agent, overall flight experience was very good and satisfactory, She looked at all possible options and explained to me very well. and she was with me on the call for the whole time explaining all the details and different price options answaring all he questions I had. it was very helpful.
