"They ordered wrong shirts"
They ordered wrong shirts , then when I finally got my order all most a month later it was still not the shirts I wanted. I went ahead and accepted the shirts , tired of going back and forth. I used them before and it was a good experience but not this time. Had to get shirts through them, would have been a lot simpler if I could have brought my own like the first time I dealt with them.

"I adore designed clothes"
I love unique clothes. I understand that all people don't care what I wear, however it brings me plenty of confidence when I don't look the same as other people. That's why I prefer either designing clothes or printed t shirts which are created by designers. I applied to this store mainly because I wanted to acquire some of the unique clothes with interesting logos and something like that. I got acquainted with the assortment here and I liked everything literally. I ordered her couple of shirts, hoodies and many other things. They were delivered comparatively fast, at least I didn't have to wait for so long.

"Tiny Little Monster is an Excellent Choice!"
Tiny Little Monster was recommended to me by a friend when I asked where I could have hats and shirts embroidered. We always support local businesses when possible so we decided to go with TLM. The process of selecting styles and getting pricing was very easy and the person that helped me, Shay, was friendly and patient with all of my questions. Pricing was better than other places I checked and the finished product was ready sooner than promised. We are very happy with the results.

"On-site shirt printing at corporate event"
We had Tiny little Monster come do an on-site screenprinting booth at our corporate event last month, and they were great. Tiny was super easy to work with as we were planning, and at the event everyone loved choosing their own design and watching the shirts get printed. Quality was great.

"Shay and Team Tiny were great"
Shay and Team Tiny were great! Shay was so helpful in making decisions on what the younger crowd would like regarding fashionable colors, and she returned my emails really fast! Also, she was very patient dealing with someone who is challenged when it comes to technology. The team provided a speedy turnaround on the mock-ups I needed. These people are on the ball and couldn’t be nicer!

"They were wonderful and had excellent…"
They were wonderful and had excellent quality control. They called me and said that they had to make one more shirt because they found a hole in one, AND the order was done two days prior to the deadline! They also helped me load all the shirts into my vehicle, a wonderful game of tetris.

"Satisfied Returning Customer"
We made a visit to the store to check out the shirt products. We really wanted to get a shirt with a material that was suitable for running in hot weather. The TLM team was very accommodating and gave us recommendations on the different shirts that might work for our needs. Excellent service. The online ordering process seems different than our prior experience with TLM. Going through the order process we had questions and received prompt replies from TLM. Also excellent service. The final product turned out as expected. Pick up was easy. The only complaint was the order was one day late for our purposes. Although not 100% convenient for us, it was understandable considering TLM's workload around a community event that just kept them super busy.

Nothing is as important as customer service. TLM has it all. Patience and options, respect for the customer's time. Mine. Speed of production to standards that have made me send recommendations to all I know when I hear they want what TLM offers.
