"Amazing from beginning to end"
Amazing from beginning to end. I had many questions all were answered promptly and throughly. After I paid, the points were transferred to my account hours later as promised. The customer service level is world class ❤️

"Fantastic service!"
Karan was great to work with! Very knowledgeable and helpful. He resolved an issue without incident when my Skywards account wouldn't accept miles from certain sources. Communication was first class from start to finish. I have already passed his contact on to a few of my colleagues and he'll have my business from now on. Thanks again Karan!

Good comms. Efficient. Clear process explanation. Awake all hours (apparently) because messages from Aus got very quick response whenever sent. Would happily use again.

"The most fantastic service."
The most fantastic service. I arranged the transfer from my bank and within five hours the miles were in my account. The bank told me the transfer would take a couple of days so I imagine Points Trader transferred them in minutes. Thank you

"It is really working!!!"
First I was a little pessimistic about this service, but it does really work!!! I needed some extra miles to upgrade myself to business on a 16h trip on an A380 flight and it is done :) By the way, Karan is responding very quickly and he is very helpful! I can only recommend it! P.S. I wish all companies would have the same service level!
