"Ordered a box of chili"
Ordered a box of chili. Shipped and received within 2 days. Great looking chili. Had maybe 2 chilis that were bad out of the while box. Roasted them and froze them. Can't wait to enjoy them all year long!!

"Jars of red chile - YUM!"
I lived in NM for 6 years in the 90s and have missed the annual chile roasting in the late summer/early fall. I took my kids to visit NM for the first time over spring break, and they fell in love with the culture, environment, and food. I learned how to make enchiladas, posole, etc., while there and have found your products super easy to use when I can't get good ingredients locally.

"My mistake"
The chiles are good, but not worth the money. I paid $7/lb for these chiles, paying expedited shipping to be sure they were fresh. Well, they weren’t. About half were starting to shrivel. I can buy Hatch Chiles at local supermarkets for 50¢ a pound and I can pick through a be sure I only take the best. And I don’t charge myself for expedited shipping. Live and learn.

"Very happy with experience"
The order took a little longer to fill than I expected but, since this is my first time ordering from here, I assume that’s normal. Once they shipped, they arrived quickly. Other than that, I’m very happy with the service and quality of the peppers. Only 1 pepper out of 5 lbs was bad. We’ve already used them in breakfast sandwiches, tacos, Italian stuffed peppers, burgers, and pierogis. I paid $37.50 for 5 lbs and the week after, the price was reduced to $35.00.

We just finished roasting and peeling the chilis and it appears to be a good yield? Nice big and fat ones! On to bagging and freezing until we have time to make our pork green chili.

"So disappointed…..arrived soggy and melted"
I ordered the green chile pizzas and the first order arrived soggy and the cheese was actually melted. I contacted customer service and they agreed to replace them and said the second order would arrive as it should and it came again soggy and soaking wet. I did email and request a refund and was told I would get one and it hasn’t gone through yet, I’m sure that’s the bank processing time however. Just disappointed because I miss green chile since moving to east Texas and was so excited for these even though I paid a small fortune for small pizzas only to be disappointed twice.

Hi Raleigh, I'm so sorry both shipments arrived defrosted. Trust me, this is incredibly frustrating for us as well. Unfortunately, we are heavily at the mercy of UPS and FedEx, and we are seeing a huge number of shipping delays. While we pack each box with extra dry ice, there's no amount that can stand up to a 2-3 day delay in the back of a delivery truck that's 100+ degrees. "I ordered 25# of medium hatch chilis"
I ordered 25# of medium hatch chilis. The chilis were on average 9” long, firm and fresh the day they arrived. The customer service was exceptional - especially Saul - who catered to my every need and answered questions punctually. I would highly recommend their product. The web site and the recipes are also easy to use and simple to follow. Betty Kendrick
