We contacted the company about a recent order. One of the items was sent with stains on it and also part of the lettering was missing. I emailed the company and within 24 hours Track K. responded and offered to replace the item and apologized for the mishap. She even mentioned we can keep the damaged item. Things happen and we understand that. The customer service was outstanding. Thank you.
