"Fast funding"
Fast funding. Fees are high but not as high as other options out there. You need funds fast, of course it has a cost. It was expected. Funded within 2 hours of final paperwork. Thank you!

My rating is based on my experience with the people and the process, and not the end result. Process was pretty smooth and straightforward. No curves or last minute things client had to go through. Was clearly a team effort which I both saw and experienced. Got feeling they wanted to get deal done vs finding ways NOT to get it done. People were professional. Tzvi was clearly in the mix all the ay through and facilitated above and beyond when he had to
