The selling processs was handled in a professional manner. Our agent (Erin) was easy to work with, available, and informative on detailed matters. Realtor Janet Skeels was great. And I don't like realtors. She even accessed when I was overwhelmed in General and offered kind words. House sold in one day to first buyer to make offer. Had multiple offers. But his ended up the best in the end. Sold over list. Appraisal and inspe tion went smoothly. Closing was excellent. Very pleased. Thank-you.
