"this was my first time to order from…"
this was my first time to order from but let me tell it will not be my last. Customer service was outstanding even after I ordered the wrong part. The part I ordered arrived before the estimated delivery date and this was very important to the continues running of my operation. Thank You again for ll you do and going above my expectations

"Took 3 attempts to get the correct…"
Took 3 attempts to get the correct parts we ordered. My Sales Rep just responded to my review, added a start for customer care.

Lowell, Thanks for taking it easy on us with a 3 star here. 2 separate and different mistakes on this order. We do feel terrible when we make mistakes because we know people count on us to get the ice cream machines fixed fast. I hope we get the opportunity to make it up to you someday. Tex Soft Serve Parts

"The parts came in were as described…"
The parts came in were as described they came relatively quickly only negative is there tracking system was not accurate even after I received them it showed them still in Texas I am located in Michigan other than that the experience was wonderful.

"Communication"
Ordered parts were received with the correct invoice with correct part number on the invoice but parts in box were incorrect. Contacted SSP and received a text indicating that my email had been received. Text indicated that correct parts would be shipped out promptly on Monday. It is now Saturday and parts have not arrived. Very concerning since I have not been contacted by SSP that the correct parts have been shipped. More communication would be good.

"taylor 161-27 feed tubes"
ordered feed tubes for my Taylor 161 -27 tabletop unit and they are not an exact match for the originals. The pipes work their way up out of the hole during normal operation. We find they have fallen out and are laying down in the mix. called Taylor direct and they informed me they are not the right tubes for the 161 unit.

"Ordered a beater with a return core"
Ordered a beater with a return core . Called and emailed trying to get a return shipping label with no success. I was wrong , in looking for the email I had down . They emailed a account I didn’t realize they had. Two different emails for me. Brian was great . The person that called needs customer service training .
